We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Identify dependencies and define requirements to support the project roadmap
- Write specifications and user stories with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Lead meetings to gather insights and track progress
- Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate their work
- Test features and address bugs to ensure quality outcomes
- Oversee engineering backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ensure alignment of technical initiatives with strategic objectives
- Refine user stories to meet project quality standards
- Develop capacity plans and delivery roadmaps for future projects
- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and revise requirements accordingly
- Streamline communication between technical and non-technical teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in API and Integration Platforms
- Background in Business Requirements Definition and Documentation
- Understanding of Scrum methodologies
- Skills in authoring user stories
- Knowledge of web development principles
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency in English for clear communication
