We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support the AR Marketplace project.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience in e-commerce implementations, and a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud.
The position offers a flexible office attendance policy, requiring presence 2-3 times per month.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for e-commerce solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and ensure project objectives are met
- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support the testing and validation of new features and enhancements
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on e-commerce projects
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent English communication skills at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working with Agile methodologies for project delivery
- Familiarity with AR/Marketplace platforms and related technologies
