Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements in close cooperation with Business Process Owners and Experts
- Lead the process of candidate opportunity assessments for automation
- Coordinate Robotics development full lifecycle
- Validate and evaluate business process candidates for automation
- Organize presentations for business users and communicate with stakeholders
- Take responsibility for Robotics solution delivery
- Explore new technologies and solutions for RPA
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years experience with Intelligent Automation (RPA and/or ML) projects
- Hands-on experience with at least one technology: Work Fusion, Automation Anywhere, Pega, UIPath, BluePrizm
- Expertise in creating visual mappings of business processes based on BPMN 2.0 notation
- Capability of working with Agile projects and coordinating daily work
- Knowledge of ITIL principles
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with process automation and calculation of total benefits due to Robotic solutions
- English language proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level
