Senior Business Analyst

Remote in Mexico

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping project outcomes through effective business analysis. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements and support the overall project roadmap. Responsibilities
  • Identify dependencies and clarify requirements while planning the roadmap
  • Write specifications in the form of user stories using Jira and Confluence
  • Initiate and drive meetings to gather insights and information
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support their tasks and objectives
  • Test features and triage bugs to ensure quality deliverables
  • Gather and document business requirements for various projects
  • Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams
  • Assist in the development of project timelines and status reports
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for existing processes
  • Participate in agile ceremonies to contribute to team goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on project delivery
  • Proven leadership experience in coordinating project activities
  • Participation in web development projects, particularly with API integrations
  • Proficiency in API and integration platforms
  • Strong skills in business requirements definition and documentation
  • Understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies
  • Capability to write effective user stories for development teams
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
  • Certification in business analysis or related fields
  • Background in identity and access management
  • Familiarity with customer-facing feature development
  • Experience in mobile web development
  • Knowledge of additional project management tools
