Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to spearhead solutions for custom data integrations across a complex technological eco-system, collaborating with stakeholders, data engineers, and external partners. This role offers the opportunity to refine designs, document requirements in Agile environments, and present findings that support impactful technological and business solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a Business Analyst within the data analytics team, delivering data warehousing solutions tailored to technical business users
  • Facilitate requirements sessions with stakeholders, prioritize features effectively, and develop in-depth documentation for delivery teams
  • Build consensus among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting needs
  • Document epics, features, and user stories with precise and actionable acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to create, update, and communicate product roadmaps
  • Address interdependencies across multiple product portfolios, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution
  • Lead user acceptance testing, supporting both internal teams and select external users during testing phases
  • Apply process modeling knowledge to analyze workflows and improve processes with structured documentation
  • Solve complex problems using advanced critical thinking, identifying optimal solutions across multiple scenarios
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Over 3 years of experience in business analysis or product management, working with SMEs to optimize workflows and resolve cross-functional challenges
  • Knowledge of data warehousing tools
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python
  • Skills in use case analysis, workflow implementation, and process mapping expertise
  • Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies, along with an understanding of product development phases, such as concept, design, development, QA, and UAT
  • Competency in modern database and system architecture, as well as enterprise workflows
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to align solutions to business needs
  • B2 level of English or higher, with an emphasis on technical communication skills
Nice to have
  • Experience in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Proficiency in documentation tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Visio, LucidChart, etc.
  • Experience in utilizing work management tools, such as Jira and Confluence
  • Flexibility to incorporate technical solutions for external and internal data integrations
  • Familiarity with domain-specific workflows in entertainment and enterprise architecture experience
