We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of innovative mobile app projects in the banking sector.
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between client needs and our development team, ensuring deliverables are aligned with the product vision. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Agile environments and fixed-price project management, along with familiarity with Product Management concepts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client's Product Owner to define and refine the product vision
- Capture and document business requirements into detailed user stories for development
- Facilitate communications between stakeholders and our technical teams
- Prioritize tasks and manage the product backlog based on strategic goals
- Assess quality and progress of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle
- Attend Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement validation and updates
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with mobile app development expertise
- Competency in Agile methodology, particularly working within Scrum teams
- Background in the banking sector or financial services industry
- Ability to strategically manage scope within fixed-price project constraints
- Showcase of excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, .NET frameworks, or mobile UI/UX design in Swift or Kotlin
- Capability to tackle complex, strategic challenges effectively
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Digital Banking and Retail Banking systems
- Background in Product Management concepts and practices
