We are in search of a skilled remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be crucial in conducting pre-sales activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and defining business needs within a dynamic and diverse environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales activities and identify business opportunities in diverse industries
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Define business needs and conduct risk management and quality control in business analysis
- Plan business analysis activities and assess solutions to meet project objectives
- Document and prioritize requirements, ensuring traceability and change management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge of business analysis activities planning and solution assessment
- Experience with Insurance domain is a must
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Salesforce, SAP-CRM, Magento, Oracle Commerce, and Shopify
- Proficiency in conducting pre-sales activities and building and managing stakeholder relationships
- Deep understanding of business opportunities, risk management, and quality control in business analysis
- Solid expertise in requirements and change management, business need definition, and efforts estimation
- Knowledge of SDLC, BA IT, and Scaled Approach Definition in business analysis
- Ability to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring traceability and quality management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- B2+ English level proficiency or higher
