We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in pioneering innovative solutions for a crucial component of our new automotive platform.
You will be instrumental in driving scope elaboration with a technically skilled team that operates within the Scrum framework under the overarching SAFe model. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong technical background and a knack for intensive collaboration to achieve industry-level innovation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to delineate the roadmap, priorities, and detailed business requirements
- Break down comprehensive business requirements into actionable features and stories alongside the Product Owner and engineering team
- Maintain and enhance Rally work items to ensure comprehensive coverage of all required attributes and facilitate issue resolution
- Lead backlog refinement sessions to align team objectives and optimize workflow
- Document technical requirements and solutions comprehensively within the team’s wiki
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis within projects focusing on backend systems and API integrations
- Proficiency in managing Invoicing processes including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Skills in Discovery, Epic, and Feature planning, coupled with expertise in story creation
- Competency in documenting backend components using tools like Lucidchart and Miro
- Strong communication skills for regular interactions with Product Owners and end customers
- Understanding of AWS technology stack and familiarity with cloud environments
- Experience in working on large projects with multiple distributed teams
- Familiarity with principal roles and components of SAFe
- Qualifications in English language proficiency at B2+ level for effective writing and speaking
