Senior Business Analyst

Remote in Mexico, Colombia

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

In this role, you will help define and prioritize requirements while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and a development team of approximately 10 members across 4 products. This position operates primarily in the MST timezone to accommodate team members based in Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather clear requirements
  • Define Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team
  • Facilitate prioritization of features and tasks to align with business goals and timelines
  • Build and maintain roadmaps to provide clear visibility into project progress and deliverables
  • Analyze and document requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to support effective communication
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize products and processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and defining Epics and stories
  • Experience with prioritization, creating roadmaps, and writing acceptance criteria
  • Knowledge of pipeline and integrity management processes and concepts
  • Flexibility to operate primarily in the MST timezone to align with team location
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Background in Scrum Master principles or experience leading agile ceremonies
