We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to guide our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Identify dependencies and clarify requirements for the project roadmap
- Write specifications and user stories using Jira and Confluence
- Initiate and drive meetings to gather insights and progress updates
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support their work
- Test features and triage bugs to ensure quality delivery
- Manage engineering backlogs and prioritize tasks
- Provide oversight for technical initiatives to align with strategic goals
- Refine user stories to ensure they meet project standards
- Create capacity plans and delivery roadmaps for upcoming projects
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust requirements as needed
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in API and Integration Platforms
- Background in Business Requirements Definition and Documentation
- Experience with Scrum methodologies
- Skills in writing user stories
- Understanding of web development principles
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong English proficiency for effective communication
