We are seeking a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate is proficient in creating technical documentation, writing KBs, diagrams, and user guides. Your main responsibilities include gathering technical information from multiple stakeholders and creating appropriate project documentation on Confluence, communicating with client stakeholders and internal teams to identify and document requirements, and creating specifications and diagrams with the tech team.

- Communicate with client stakeholders and internal teams to identify and document requirements
- Collaborate with tech team to create diagrams and specifications
- Create user guides and documents to outline requirements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Good technical background and/or experience working with technical requirements
- Experience in Data Management, Data Platform Operations, Data Quality
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficient in writing different types of documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently on a project and in an Agile setup
- Fluent in English both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate level)
