The customer is a multinational company that provides cloud-based human capital management software solutions.
The main scope involves scaling up our production infrastructure by focusing on site reliability, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Drive cloud first projects
- Migrate on-premises applications
- Collaborate with Architecture, Development, DBA and Infrastructure teams to help define interoperability across systems and processes
- Advise on any changes needed in our continuous deployment, system and reliability practices, bring a “true best practice” approach to play
- Work within a cross functional agile deployment team
- Deliver on continuous improvement and maintenance of our systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Cloud Formation)
- AWS and Cloud technologies experience
- Experience applying software development practices to infrastructure deployment
- Experience migrating from hosted traditional stack to a cloud-based stack
- Skills in developing docker solutions: Kubernetes, EKS, Helm
- Good teamwork skills
- Exposure to Jenkins or Packer
- Written English - B2, Spoken - B2+
