We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior BI Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the migration from Palantir to GCP, analyzing current platforms, designing robust data models, mapping data sources to targets, and ensuring a seamless migration process
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing data structures and business workflows in Palantir
- Design, update, and manage canonical data models
- Create accurate mappings from source systems to target data models and from models to data consumers such as Oracle datamarts
- Oversee the migration process to maintain data integrity, completeness, and consistency
- Work with stakeholders to collect requirements for building data models
- Document data models, mapping logic, and migration procedures in detail
- Support reporting, analytics, and the validation of migrated datasets
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business intelligence or data analytics
- Strong understanding of canonical data models and mapping techniques, with hands-on experience
- Demonstrated success in data migration projects
- Ability to analyze complex data structures and develop integration solutions
- Practical experience with SQL
- Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication and documentation skills
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Familiarity with GCP, Palantir, and Oracle technologies
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality standards
