We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BI Analyst to join our team of experts in the field of Data & Web Analysis. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training, coaching, and technical implementation consultancy sessions for our Schonfeld teams. You will be responsible for owning BI tool best practices and UX standards, creating mockups, and evaluating the technical feasibility of requirements against BI tools. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training, coaching, and technical implementation consultancy sessions for Schonfeld teams
- Own BI tool best practices and UX standards
- Create mockups and evaluate the technical feasibility of requirements against BI tools
- Create BI reports using industry-standard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
- Lead workshops, conduct prototyping activities, and trainings
- Act as a leader/subject matter expert or conduct project management/business development activities
- Identify opportunities, recommend solutions and ideas based on client’s interest, have a consultant role
- Bring together several clients’ needs, understand client organization
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BI Analyst role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong grasp of Business Analysis and Data Analysis concepts
- Comprehensive understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT solutions
- Expertise in designing and developing BI reports
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience in Capital Markets and Trading
- Knowledge of the Trading and Trade Life Cycle
- Experience in working with financial data
- Familiarity with Python or R programming languages
- Experience in working with cloud-based BI solutions
