We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Azure Infrastructure Architect to design, guide, and oversee the implementation of advanced cloud solutions that sustain enterprise-level resilience, high availability, and optimal performance.

As a senior leader, you will drive strategic initiatives, including large-scale cloud transformations and comprehensive modernization strategies, establishing secure, scalable infrastructure while fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders and enhancing organizational cloud expertise.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead cloud strategies and architectures to enhance resiliency, scalability, and system performance across enterprise applications
Oversee comprehensive planning and successful execution of complex cloud transformation and modernization programs
Establish and govern enterprise-wide cloud policies for security, compliance, and operational best practices
Architect reusable infrastructure-as-code frameworks using advanced IaC practices with tools like Terraform or Bicep
Integrate cross-functional leadership with Security, DevOps, and Engineering teams to streamline modernization and deployment projects
Evaluate and align cloud architectures with enterprise SaaS strategies, balancing competing business and technical requirements
Advocate for leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to foster innovation and efficiency across the organization
Articulate and present high-level cloud strategies and architectural solutions effectively to leadership, technical stakeholders, and external clients
Guide the creation and execution of disaster recovery frameworks and high-availability strategies in cloud-native or hybrid environments
Strategically direct secure database migrations, driving improvements in performance, authentication, and integration processes on Azure
Proactively govern and optimize enterprise-grade cloud environments using advanced Azure management, monitoring, and automation tools
Lead the creation of comprehensive, enterprise-level technical documentation to support decision-making, design, and infrastructure practices

Requirements

12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, including significant experience in Azure infrastructure design and enterprise-scale implementations
Proven expertise in delivering large-scale Azure IaaS and PaaS migrations, transformation initiatives, and cloud-native architectural solutions
Extensive knowledge of advanced network security architectures including zero trust principles, hub-and-spoke models, and modern Azure network features
Deep understanding of identity and access management architectures, including multi-directory integration, hybrid ADDS, and advanced authentication protocols
Advanced skills in optimizing Linux and Windows-based environments for enterprise operations in cloud ecosystems
Comprehensive experience in leading complex database migrations on Azure, emphasizing security, scalability, and high performance
Proficiency in designing, reviewing, and enhancing IaC practices with tools like Bicep and Terraform to support enterprise infrastructure provisioning
Proven ability to drive disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability strategies across global cloud implementations
Mastery of Azure-native monitoring, diagnostic, and cost-optimization tools to ensure proactive infrastructure management
Established ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of robust enterprise infrastructures
Proven expertise in writing robust technical documentation that supports complex operational and architectural workflows
Fluent in English, with demonstrated capabilities in business communication at a C1 or native-equivalent level
