Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and automation tools to support our cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with development teams to ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and scalability in a dynamic Agile development environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and maintain infrastructure and automation tools to support cloud-based solutions
  • Ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and scalability in a dynamic Agile development environment
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize features and improve application performance
  • Create well-written documentation and procedures and create dashboards and reports to provide transparency and visibility for the results of strategic initiatives
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve project goals
  • Monitor and improve the security of cloud-based solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong experience with CI/CD in Azure
  • Expertise in deployment and functionality of container services, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Container Service
  • Experience with Azure Cloud
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, and a scripting language such as Bash, Python, or similar
  • Knowledge of Terraform
  • Good understanding of web infrastructure fundamentals
  • Working experience or good understanding of Cloud Security, including encryption, certificate management, and network security
  • Good understanding of operation management technologies, such as log aggregation, server monitoring, process monitoring, and application monitoring
  • B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
  • Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies
