Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, Bash, Python, Git, Terraform

We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. You will work closely with development teams to ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and scalability in a dynamic Agile development environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of features in a highly competitive industry.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and automation tools to support our cloud-based solutions
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and scalability in a dynamic Agile development environment
  • Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of features in a highly competitive industry
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and procedures for infrastructure and automation tools
  • Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure and automation tools
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our DevOps processes and practices
  • Work closely with a mentor to enhance skills, adapt to the company's processes, and meet project targets
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as DevOps
  • Experience with CI/CD in Azure
  • Strong experience in deployment and functionality of container services (e.g.: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Service)
  • Knowledge of Terraform
  • Experience with Azure Cloud and Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, and a scripting language (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Good understanding of operation management technologies
  • Ability to create well-written documentation and procedures
  • B2+ level English proficiency for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet
