We are actively seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior AWS Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Design and build sophisticated cloud solutions on AWS
- Lead the rollout of stable and scalable cloud applications
- Enhance and optimize existing cloud systems and processes for improved performance and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud services
- Actively monitor cloud environments to address issues before they escalate
- Formulate and execute disaster recovery plans while strengthening security measures
- Champion efforts to boost system reliability and operational efficiency
- Guide and assist junior team members in their career growth
- Stay informed about current and emerging trends in cloud technologies
- Evaluate and adjust cloud resource performance meticulously
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in roles such as AWS Engineer or similar
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, with comprehensive knowledge of scalable cloud architecture principles
- Skilled in container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration
- Practical experience with Helm to manage Kubernetes applications
- Proficient in automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or Ruby
- Experienced with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) for containerized application management
- Expertise in Linux administration and problem-solving
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Skilled in using configuration management tools to ensure consistent server configurations across the board
- Experience with MySQL, particularly in managing databases, optimizing performance, and ensuring data security
