Senior AWS Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior AWS Developer to join our remote team and work on our AWS code written in Python. In this role, you will work as a part of a team with PO, UX/UI, other Flutter Developers, and Backend Developers to build features for our proposition. Your expertise will play a crucial role in developing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions for our proposition
  • Write high-quality Python code for AWS services while adhering to industry best practices and standards
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of developed features and ensure high code quality by writing unit tests
  • Manage tasks on DevOps sprint boards and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as PO, UX/UI, and Backend Developers to deliver high-quality features
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, technologies, and trends and make recommendations to improve our existing AWS infrastructure
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in AWS development
  • Strong experience with AWS Lambda, Pytest, Unit Testing, GraphQL, and NoSQL Databases
  • Expertise in developing Python code for AWS services
  • Experience with API documentation frameworks such as Swagger, RAML, and OpenAPI spec
  • Knowledge of Cloudformation
  • Experience with building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Gitlab, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience working with Flutter
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience with Aurora (PostgreSQL), S3, SNS, SQS, Appsync, and Apigateway
