We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Automation Tester (Python) to enhance our dynamic team. This role is crucial for individuals who excel in ensuring software excellence through automated testing techniques, with a strong emphasis on the Python framework. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will spearhead quality engineering initiatives, lead testing teams, and develop effective testing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize automation tools within the Python framework to boost testing efficiency
  • Coordinate and prioritize activities of the Quality Engineering team to ensure on-time completion of tasks
  • Regularly report on project progress to the Lead and Delivery Manager
  • Supervise the entire spectrum of Quality Engineering activities, from analyzing user stories with a focus on business processes to conducting thorough end-to-end testing
  • Formulate and document comprehensive test cases and scenarios
  • Uphold and enforce established testing standards and protocols
  • Provide insightful feedback on test cases developed by team members
  • Keep the central test repository updated with all test cases
  • Conduct tests, pinpoint defects, and ensure meticulous logging of issues
  • Lead end-of-sprint demonstrations to present test outcomes and insights
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Automated Testing, particularly with proficiency in Python
  • Expertise in defect management ensuring detailed tracking and resolution of issues
  • Background in the healthcare industry, especially familiar with Healthcare Payer systems, Medical Claims Processing, and Provider Management
  • Proficient in crafting, documenting, and evaluating test cases
  • Ability to deliver precise test estimations to facilitate project scheduling
  • Fluent in English with effective communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Advanced proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to bolster testing functions in cloud settings
  • Experience with performance testing tools to guarantee the optimal performance of applications
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, actively contributing to team effectiveness and project achievements
