We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester with expertise in Python to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be testing low-level Windows services that collect data from laptops and pass it via REST API calls to centralized network storage.

You should have a high-quality sense of testing theory, a conscientious working attitude, and a high sense of responsibility, proactivity, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and improve performance and automated test solutions for the software project with daily continuous integration
  • Participate in project requirement discussions and identify risks and problems in the development process
  • Proactively promote solutions to lower risks and fix problems
  • Conduct story grooming and kick-off
  • Perform devbox testing
  • Manage defects
  • Write test cases for stories in Zephyr
  • Conduct performance testing, schema validation, and load testing
  • Conduct MQTT protocol testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Engage with your mentor for continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of testing or development experience, with a preference for automated testing experience
  • Familiarity with software development and testing processes, with a deep understanding of the business and quality standards of cloud and software
  • Expertise in Python and related automation frameworks such as Pytest and Unittest
  • Experience in performance and automated test solution establishment and improvement
  • Ability to identify risks and problems in the development process and proactively promote solutions to lower risks and fix problems
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (Upper-Intermediate Level)
Nice to have
  • Understanding of Windows APIs
  • Experience in API testing
  • Knowledge of mobile device management
  • Experience in Docker
