We are searching for a Senior Automation Tester skilled in JavaScript to join our expanding team.
This role allows you to influence the reliability of our software products and collaborate with experienced professionals. You will contribute to optimizing our testing workflows and supporting high-quality releases.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize automated test scripts for web-based systems
- Work with development and QA teams to design effective test strategies
- Run automated tests and assess the results
- Track and address defects, working together with team members to resolve issues
- Join code review sessions with an emphasis on automation standards
- Help improve and extend automation frameworks
- Keep detailed documentation of test scenarios and results
- Investigate and adopt new automation tools and methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automation testing or a related field
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript for automation tasks
- Practical experience with JavaScript-based Web UI automation solutions
- Experience in automating web service and API testing
- Knowledge of version control systems
- Understanding of test automation framework design
- Experience with BDD frameworks in JavaScript
- English fluency at B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery platforms
- Background in performance or load testing
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing tools
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments
