We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester with strong JavaScript skills to join our team.
In this position, you will help strengthen the dependability of our software and work alongside a team of dedicated professionals. Your efforts will be key in streamlining our testing processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance automated test scripts for web applications
- Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to create robust testing strategies
- Execute automated test cases and review the outcomes
- Identify, log, and resolve defects in partnership with the team
- Participate in code reviews with a focus on automation quality
- Contribute to the advancement and scalability of automation frameworks
- Maintain comprehensive records of test cases and their results
- Research and implement innovative automation tools and practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in automation testing or a similar area
- Expertise in JavaScript for building automation solutions
- Hands-on experience with Web UI automation tools using JavaScript
- Proven ability to automate tests for web services and APIs
- Familiarity with version control tools
- Understanding of how test automation frameworks are structured
- Experience working with BDD frameworks in JavaScript
- English proficiency at B2+ level or above, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery systems
- Knowledge of performance or load testing
- Understanding of cloud-based automation platforms
- Background working in Agile or Scrum teams
