We are seeking an experienced remote Senior Automation Tester to join our team.

As a Senior Automation Tester, you will be responsible for writing end-to-end automation tests using JavaScript libraries for microservices architecture, writing and updating Cucumber feature files, and maintaining Node.js automation libraries. You will work closely with the product owner, business analyst, and design specialist to understand requirements and acceptance criteria for each story within JIRA, and be willing to update stories in JIRA with additional information. Responsibilities

Write end-to-end automation tests using JavaScript libraries for microservices architecture
Write and update Cucumber feature files to ensure test scenarios contain adequate coverage for each JIRA story
Maintain Node.js automation libraries, adding new features and fixing issues
Write performance tests to check application stability
Work closely with the product owner, business analyst, and design specialist to understand requirements and acceptance criteria for each story within JIRA, and be willing to update stories in JIRA with additional information
Select test scenarios to automate and run them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software solutions

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in automated testing, demonstrating expertise in JavaScript, Amazon Web Services, and Cucumber
Practical experience in writing end-to-end automation tests using JavaScript libraries for microservices architecture
Experience in writing and updating Cucumber feature files to ensure test scenarios contain adequate coverage for each JIRA story
Demonstrated experience in maintaining Node.js automation libraries, adding new features and fixing issues
Experience in writing performance tests to check application stability
Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Experience in manual and automated testing of REST APIs and web-based applications
Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

Experience with Postman, React, Python
Understanding of CI/CD pipeline
