We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Automation Tester to join our team. With 3+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer, you will bring a strong knowledge of test methodologies and software release cycles, and 1+ years of JS experience to the role. You will work in a microservice environment, leveraging your experience with Cypress and Protractor to ensure top-notch testing efforts. Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated tests in JS, ensuring software quality and reliability
Identify and diagnose issues and bugs in software products, providing valuable insights to the development team
Collaborate with Developers, Designers, and Business Analysts to understand product requirements and user needs
Participate in design reviews, offering input on requirements, product design, and potential challenges
Contribute to the preparation of UI automated test cases using tools like Cypress, Protractor, or other preferred UI automation frameworks
Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers on code quality and testing practices

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer, showcasing your expertise in test methodologies and software release cycles
1+ years of JS experience, demonstrating your proficiency in automated testing in JS
Experience with Cypress and Protractor, showcasing your hands-on experience in automated testing in a microservice environment
Proficiency in Git, enabling you to manage version control effectively
Experience with AWS
Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking capabilities
Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-intermediate level or higher
