We are looking for a Senior Application Support Specialist with expertise in T24 Transact.

This position involves delivering critical production support to guarantee smooth operational workflows. You will take a proactive role in resolving incidents, managing problems, and pushing for continuous improvements in services.

Please note that work from the customer office 2 days per week is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide L1/L2 support for Temenos Transact applications
  • Ensure operational stability and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
  • Oversee problem management processes to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements
  • Leverage SQL and Unix shell scripting for log analysis and diagnostics
  • Ensure effective support for production environments and RTB operations
  • Monitor and optimize banking interfaces, APIs, and middleware performance
  • Use tools like Service Now and JIRA for issue tracking and resolution
  • Automate tasks to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Engage in CI/CD pipelines and manage repositories using version control tools
  • Support containerized applications utilizing Kubernetes
  • Apply ITIL principles for structured service management practices
  • Maintain familiarity with banking operations and transaction workflows
  • Adopt monitoring solutions to track system health and availability
  • Record incidents and create detailed documentation for resolution steps
  • Collaborate effectively with different internal teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application support with T24 Transact
  • Knowledge of core banking operations and RTB activities
  • Proficiency in SQL and Unix shell scripting
  • Understanding of monitoring tools and various operating systems
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Service Now and JIRA
  • Background in managing banking interfaces and APIs
  • Capability to use DevOps tools for automation purposes
  • Professional-level English communication skills
Nice to have
  • Certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and associated tools
  • Knowledge of T24 core logs and the Temenos Interaction framework
  • Understanding of financial accounting and treasury operations
  • Exposure to automation platforms like Autosys
