We are looking for a remote Senior Application Support Engineer with extensive experience managing complex DevOps stacks and a strong understanding of access management and security best practices.
In this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining and managing our DevOps stack, including tools like Atlassian and GitLab. You will collaborate with other members of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the stack and continuous delivery pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the DevOps stack, including tools like Atlassian and GitLab
- Ensure the DevOps tools are up-to-date with the latest releases and patches
- Manage user access and permissions to the DevOps tools and ensure compliance with security policies
- Perform small maintenance tasks, such as troubleshooting issues and fixing bugs
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure smooth operation of the stack and continuous delivery pipelines
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Administrator with GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of access management and security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in English, with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk, OpsGenie, or Octopus Deploy
