We are seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team and take ownership of maintaining and optimizing critical business applications.

You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve application performance. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support for business-critical applications to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and implement fixes for system-related problems
  • Manage application support tools to track and resolve incidents efficiently
  • Maintain and optimize application environments hosted on Microsoft Azure
  • Administer and support Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment workflows
  • Analyze and write SQL queries to troubleshoot and optimize database-related application issues
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking, reporting, and resolution management
  • Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in application support with a proven track record of handling complex issues
  • Experience with application support tools to manage and resolve incidents effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for managing and optimizing cloud-hosted application environments
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing CI/CD workflows and deployments
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting database-related issues
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident management and tracking
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools to streamline support processes
  • Exposure to ITIL frameworks or other industry-standard practices for application support management
