We are searching for an experienced Senior Developer specializing in APIs and Integration.

In this position, you will design integration solutions using Java. You will leverage diverse technologies to create adaptable adapters and ensure efficient data exchange across systems. If you excel in developing durable integration services, we welcome you to apply.

Responsibilities

Design integration solutions using Java alongside REST APIs and Kafka
Develop adapters and connectors to integrate lab systems such as LIS, LIMS, and EMRs
Implement workflows as resilient and reusable software modules
Ensure data accuracy and reliable messaging across interconnected systems
Monitor system observability and oversee integration processes

Requirements

3+ years of experience working with Java, focusing on Spring Boot
Background in microservices architecture
Proficiency in creating and implementing REST APIs
Understanding of messaging platforms, including Apache Kafka
Familiarity with schema-first development methodologies
Competency in handling SQL and/or NoSQL databases
English fluency at a professional working level (B2+)

Nice to have

Familiarity with interoperability frameworks like HL7v2.x and FHIR
Background in using commercial laboratory information systems
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
Understanding of test automation and CI/CD workflows
Expertise in performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter
