Responsibilities
- Develop custom APIs to integrate with third-party applications on ServiceNow
- Create front-end widgets to enhance ServiceNow user experience
- Collaborate directly with clients to clarify and align on API requirements
- Communicate effectively with external teams to ensure technical specifications are met
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Maintain detailed documentation of API endpoints and integration processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API performance and connectivity
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards during integration
- Participate in design and code reviews to maintain quality standards
- Adapt solutions based on client feedback and evolving requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3+ years developing APIs using ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and API integration platforms
- Client-facing experience with ability to communicate technical details clearly
- Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
- Capability to manage demanding and high-intensity project environments
- Maturity and professional approach to client interactions
- English language proficiency at intermediate or higher level
