Responsibilities
- Design AI algorithms and neural networks to address database operational challenges
- Build and train machine learning models using PyTorch and Vertex AI for tasks including anomaly detection and predictive analytics
- Deploy scalable AI solutions integrated with database systems and services
- Optimize AI/ML model performance for accuracy and efficiency using complex datasets
- Collaborate with database engineers, data scientists, and product managers to align AI projects with business goals
- Analyze and preprocess data to ensure high-quality training datasets
- Research and apply emerging AI/ML advancements to enhance database operations
- Troubleshoot and improve AI applications to boost inference speed and system reliability
- Maintain data integrity through continuous evaluation and validation
- Create AI-driven automation to simulate human decision-making within data infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience with generative AI operations and AI system development, minimum 3 years
- Proficiency in Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
- Strong knowledge of Elastic Stack for monitoring and log analytics
- Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud BigQuery for data warehousing and analytics
- Familiarity with Google Gemini language models and Google Vertex AI platform
- Practical experience using PyTorch for machine learning model development
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) for clear communication
