Currently, we are looking for a remote Scrum Master Team Lead for a Media Company
Responsibilities
- Delivery Management operations
- Coordinate team work during sprint execution on daily basis
- Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies: planning, standups, demo, retrospective, product backlog refinement
- Work/resolve/escalate impediments
- Collect status updates
- Ensure Jira is updated in timely manner and reflects actual progress
- Review proposed changes and suggestions within sprint scope from the team
- Communicate to the TR Project Manager and Product Management Team on daily basis
- Leveraging Jira dashboards to present the current status per each team
- Provide TR Management Team with product increment each sprint
- Share latest deployment and access details
- Prepare reports on bi-weekly sprint basis for multiple teams, be ready to present it to the client on the regular governance calls
- Work with team motivation, engagement, staffing issues, on-boarding and knowledge sharing
- Discuss with TR Management Team and implement strategic plans:
- Proactively work with further scope, both with functional and non-functional requirements
- Prepare/collect high level estimates and metrics
- Handle possible teams re-organization
- Facilitate output-based discussion and transformation
- Setup metrics tracking, optimize the way they operate
- Communication with Refinitiv stakeholders
- Ensure consistency and alignment with Refinitiv strategy
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- 2+ years of leadership experience
