We are seeking a committed and proficient Scrum Master II whose role will be vital in overseeing and leading scrum ceremonies, addressing impediments, and fostering agile methodologies within our software development teams.
The perfect candidate will possess substantial experience in the Scrum Master capacity and collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, such as product owners, product managers, and RTEs, to guarantee efficient project management and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead scrum ceremonies, including PI planning, Sprint Planning, Stand Ups, Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Demo, and Retrospective
- Contribute in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync-Ups to surface risks and dependencies
- Work in partnership with product owners, product managers, and RTE to schedule stories aligned with team capacity
- Aid the team in addressing impediments via coordination and innovative thinking
- Track inter-team dependencies and collaborate with other scrum masters for resolution
- Examine sprint data to pinpoint risks in achieving sprint objectives
- Observe Agile metrics and execute necessary measures
- Mentor the scrum team on agile methodologies and principles to ensure quality and business value
- Support internal communication to enhance transparency and disseminate information
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Review and refine ART-level practices with the RTE
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master within a software development team
- Background in Scaled Agile Framework
- Proficiency in excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Skills in coaching and assisting teams
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
