We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master II to play a crucial role in supporting our new Business area Client Proposal and Enablement Team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, successfully facilitating the agile development process and guiding teams towards successful project delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination across various projects
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of a solid project framework through continuous improvement and adaptation of agile practices
  • Foster strong strategic relationships with customers, deeply understanding their needs, and delivering enhanced, consistent value
  • Provide advanced expertise in backlog management, working with business and functional requirements, and defining a robust product vision
  • Guide project transformation by identifying changes and enhancements for project success and adaptability across various teams
  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members in Agile methodologies
Requirements
  • 8+ years of IT experience with an emphasis on Agile project management
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-team projects on time and meeting stakeholder satisfaction
  • Demonstrated involvement in discovery, proof of concept (POC), end-to-end delivery, and project completion for multiple projects
  • Advanced experience in project establishment, including building a solid framework, defining roles, and establishing robust communication channels
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analysis roles, or backlog management
  • Excellent partnership skills, with the ability to strategically understand customer needs and deliver enhanced value
  • Fluent English communication skills (B2+ level)
