Scrum Master I

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master I to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and drive the efficiency and productivity of our team while maintaining clear communication with all team members and other teams. Our Scrum Master will play a critical role in ensuring that our Agile projects are executed smoothly and successfully.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient workflow
  • Identify and remove roadblocks to keep the team moving forward
  • Establish and maintain clear communication between team members and other teams
  • Provide regular status reports and collect relevant metrics
  • Maintain and groom JIRA to ensure it reflects current project statuses accurately
  • Work to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the team
  • Provide timely input on risks and issues that could impact quality, schedule, or resources
  • Recommend effective mitigation plans to manage risks and issues when necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of agile project experience as a Scrum practitioner
  • Background in interacting with teams and effective communication
  • Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Technical knowledge and experience in developing Micro-services, APIs, and cross-channel services
  • Qualifications in implementing SDLC and Quality processes within an agile team
  • Proficiency in JIRA with skills in reporting and team management
  • Demonstrated capability to manage and mediate in team settings with various stakeholders

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes and timelines
  • Understanding of additional Agile methodologies beyond SCRUM
  • Capability to mentor junior team members in Agile practices
