We are currently in search of a remote Scrum Master to join our team.
As a Scrum Master, your primary responsibility will be to drive the development and delivery of top-notch software products. You will use your expertise to facilitate Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies and ensure successful project completion through collaboration across various teams. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the vision and strategy of the product and effectively communicate it to the team and stakeholders
- Take the lead in the product development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and meeting customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products while upholding high quality standards
- Facilitate the implementation of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies, ensuring that team processes adhere to industry best practices
- Act as the Scrum Master, conducting daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key product metrics to ensure that the product is meeting business goals
- Manage the product backlog, keeping it up-to-date and aligned with business priorities
- Ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively, removing any obstacles that may hinder productivity
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster their growth and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with a strong background in software development
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or delivery management
- Experience in a leadership role in product development, overseeing engagements for teams of 20+ full-time employees
- Certification in PSM I and SAFE (5.1 - better 6.х)
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, and Scrum Master principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level or above)
Nice to have
- Certification in PMP and Cloud would be considered an advantage
