Responsibilities
- Resolve VIM tickets and change requests promptly
- Support SAP VIM projects with strong expertise in support processes
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align SAP VIM functionalities with business needs
- Customize and optimize SAP VIM features including invoice capture, data extraction, workflow approval, and reporting
- Facilitate integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and related systems
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues ensuring efficient SAP VIM operation
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on SAP VIM features
- Monitor industry trends and propose system upgrades and enhancements
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and budgets
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for SAP VIM
- Lead small teams to deliver project objectives effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management
- Strong understanding of vendor invoice management and accounts payable best practices
- Proven ability to configure and customize SAP VIM functionalities
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex issue resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Experience integrating SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- SAP VIM certification highly preferred
- English proficiency level B2 or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP ECC and S4 HANA integration
- Prior experience leading SAP support projects
- Knowledge of procurement and finance business processes
