Responsibilities
- Resolve VIM tickets and change requests in a timely manner
- Support SAP VIM initiatives leveraging deep knowledge of support procedures
- Collaborate with finance and procurement units to align SAP VIM capabilities with business objectives
- Customize and enhance SAP VIM functions including invoice capture, data extraction, approval workflows, and reporting
- Facilitate SAP VIM integration with SAP ECC, S4 HANA, and associated systems
- Perform system testing and resolve issues to ensure smooth SAP VIM functionality
- Offer ongoing support and training to users on SAP VIM features
- Track industry developments and recommend system upgrades and improvements
- Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables to fulfill deadlines and budgets
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting instructions for SAP VIM
- Lead small teams to achieve project goals efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP Vendor Invoice Management
- Comprehensive understanding of vendor invoice management and accounts payable best practices
- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP VIM features
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex issue resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging stakeholders
- Experience integrating SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party applications
- SAP VIM certification is highly desirable
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP ECC and S4 HANA integration
- Previous experience leading SAP support projects
- Knowledge of procurement and finance processes
