We are looking for a SAP Retail/MM Consultant to lead the S4/HANA rollout and enhance business processes across multiple units.
You will spearhead the implementation of innovative business processes and provide continuous support to ensure operational excellence. If you possess strong expertise in SAP Materials Management along with a solid foundation in finance and accounting, we encourage you to apply and make a meaningful impact on our clients' success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee process and functional design activities
- Support in gathering requirements and designing applications to fulfill business process and application needs
- Develop functional requirements to guide application design
- Create and validate detailed functional designs for business solution elements and prototypes
- Lead test planning and execution activities
- Coordinate roll-out efforts across different Business Units
- Provide ongoing support for active business processes
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure business requirement alignment
- Identify and address issues during implementation stages
- Document functional specifications and process workflows
- Conduct training and support sessions for end-users
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Materials Management (MM)
- Demonstrated functional consulting experience with at least 5 full system implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with S4/HANA system implementations
- Familiarity with Retail functionalities
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work both creatively and analytically in solving problems
- Effective communication skills in English at B2 level or above
