We are looking for a SAP Retail/MM Consultant to spearhead the S4/HANA deployment and enhance retail and supply chain processes across multiple business units. You will lead the implementation of innovative business processes and provide expert support to maintain seamless operations. If you possess extensive SAP Materials Management expertise combined with knowledge in retail, sales and distribution, we encourage you to apply and drive success for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee process and functional design activities
- Assist in gathering requirements and designing solutions aligned with business needs
- Develop functional requirements to guide application design
- Create and test detailed functional designs and prototypes for business solutions
- Lead test planning and execution efforts
- Support the roll-out of solutions across different business units
- Provide ongoing support for operational business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business alignment
- Identify and address issues during implementation phases
- Document functional specifications and workflow processes
- Train and assist end-users as necessary
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP Materials Management (MM)
- Demonstrated functional consulting experience including at least 4 full lifecycle system implementations
- Experience implementing S4/HANA systems
- Familiarity with Retail business processes and functionality
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting procedures
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work both creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios
- Effective communication skills in English, B2 level or higher
