We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Solution Architect to join our dynamic EPAM team.
In this role, you will contribute to delivering transformative technology solutions to clients while collaborating with industry leaders in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee SAP pre-sale processes and implementation project governance, adjusting business requirements, developing solutions, performing fit-gap analysis, optimizing processes, managing organizational change, troubleshooting, and identifying root causes
- Evaluate current customer solutions to identify opportunities for SAP solution implementations
- Define SAP-specific functional requirements, ensuring alignment with IT and business enablers from initial scope to blueprint development
- Support account planning by aligning the customer's vision with solution scope and collaborating with stakeholders
- Advocate architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency across SAP architectural domains
- Engage throughout the customer lifecycle, contributing to account and engagement team collaboration
- Integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains to meet client needs
- Develop target architecture and roadmaps aligned with SAP solution compatibility
- Provide innovative approaches to address specific client challenges with tailored methodologies
- Build strong relationships with clients and assist EPAM sales teams with comprehensive solution discovery
- Stay updated on SAP product enhancements and industry trends to influence roadmap creation
- Estimate efforts needed for process design improvements, technical configurations, and development activities
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Cloud projects
- Background in enterprise architecture, business transformation, and system integration within SAP ecosystems
- Familiarity with cross-functional SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, and business process modeling
- Expertise in using SAP tools for fit-gap analysis, organizational change implementation, and technical configurations
- Understanding of customer roadmaps and architecture governance in SAP systems
- Proficiency in architecture development methodologies like TOGAF or SAP Solution Manager tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving proficiency and troubleshooting capabilities in dynamic project environments
