We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Solution Architect to join our dynamic EPAM team, where you will play a key role in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients.

Responsibilities
- Run SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance and delivery, including adjustment of business requirements, solution development, fit-gap analysis, process optimization, organizational change management, troubleshooting, and root cause identification
- Support evaluation of current customer solutions and highlight opportunities for SAP solution implementation
- Define SAP-specific functional requirements and identify associated IT and business enablers, ensuring alignment from initial scope to blueprint development for SAP implementation
- Provide input for account planning and collaborate with stakeholders to align customer vision with solution scope
- Apply architecture governance and methodologies to promote consistency and collaboration across SAP architectural domains
- Participate in the customer engagement lifecycle and integrate with the account engagement team to drive successful outcomes
- Develop and integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains to align with customer needs
- Lead the development of target architecture and customer roadmaps, ensuring compatibility with SAP solutions
- Introduce innovations to resolve specific client challenges using tailored methodologies and approaches
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and assist EPAM sales teams in conducting detailed solution discovery discussions
- Stay informed about SAP product improvements and solution trends to guide roadmap creation
- Conduct effort estimation for process design improvements, technical configuration, and development work
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience working with SAP solutions, including projects in S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Cloud solutions
- Background in enterprise architecture, business transformation, and system integration with SAP ecosystems
- Familiarity with cross-functional SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, and business process modeling
- Expertise in SAP tools for fit-gap analysis, organizational change implementation, and technical configuration
- Understanding of customer roadmaps and architecture governance within SAP systems
- Proficiency in architecture development methodologies, such as TOGAF or SAP Solution Manager tools
- Showcase of problem-solving and troubleshooting in dynamic project environments
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
