Salesforce Technical Architect
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the architectural efforts for Salesforce implementation projects. As a key member of our IT department, the successful candidate will guide a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that align with business objectives and integrate smoothly with external systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and provide guidance to a team of developers and technical professionals in implementing integration with external systems, ensuring data integrity and quality, and creating scalable and optimized solutions
- Regularly communicate and coordinate with client managers and development teams to understand their needs and align the IT strategy with the organization's mission
- Educate technology departments about new frameworks and best practices, promoting solution designs that meet business objectives
- Analyze current trends in technology architecture and explore innovative solutions and technologies for continuous improvement
- Oversee and manage technological risks, collaborating with stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Coordinate ongoing activities and translate design concepts into IT operations, ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of technical solutions
- Continuously deliver new functionalities and improvements, perform maintenance, and provide support through optimization and refactoring efforts
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience and expertise in the Salesforce platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations
- Proven track record of leading large teams and successfully delivering technical projects in telecommunications or a similar domain
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve platform limitations and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to stay calm and focused under tight deadlines, with a stress-resistant and can-do attitude
- Strong English communication skills (B2+) to effectively interact with client managers, development teams, and other stakeholders
