We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead our global Salesforce implementation project.
This role will involve designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions to ensure they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
- Design and implement integration solutions with other systems to ensure data integrity and seamless interoperability
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
- Analyze and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, recommending enhancements where necessary
- Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design diagrams, API specifications, and integration workflows
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a proven track record of leading global projects
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and expertise in Salesforce APIs
- Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and competency in REST/SOAP web services
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
- Prior experience working in a global environment with diverse teams and stakeholders is preferred
