Salesforce Business Solution Architect (BSA)

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Solution Architect (BSA) to address organizational business goals and strategize enterprise Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.

As a BSA, you will lead digital transformations by aligning business with technology, defining solution drives, and acting as a trusted advisor. You will design visions and architectures that tackle business problems by selecting optimal Salesforce product features to maximize business value. This role serves as a primary functional resource in project delivery, providing knowledge and guidance to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a functional and technical leader for Salesforce projects
  • Facilitate discovery and working sessions to drive understanding of business needs
  • Engage with stakeholders to design and deliver optimal solutions
  • Translate business requirements into well-crafted user stories and solutions
  • Define business outcomes and success criteria
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between customer requirements and Salesforce capabilities
  • Create solution design documents, including overviews and architecture maps
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects to integrate solution design with technical requirements
  • Provide detailed estimates for proposed solutions, articulating benefits and risks
  • Partner with business and technical teams to create and realize capability and platform roadmaps
  • Provide thought leadership on enhancing customer operations using Salesforce
  • Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers
  • Demonstrate concepts visually and through written communication
  • Tailor communications for diverse audiences
Requirements
  • Background in working with Salesforce for 3+ years or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in requirements and user story building
  • Expertise in solution designing
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification and specialized Service Cloud certification
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud
  • Understanding of media processes
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
