We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of Salesforce solutions and ensuring they align with business goals. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable systems.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the technical vision for Salesforce implementations, leading teams in integrating with external systems and maintaining data quality
  • Guide developers and technical staff in building scalable, high-performing solutions
  • Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams to understand requirements and align IT strategy with organizational objectives
  • Educate technology teams on new frameworks, tools, and best practices to support business needs
  • Analyze emerging trends in technology architecture and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Manage and assess technological risks, working with stakeholders to make informed decisions
  • Oversee ongoing technical activities and translate design concepts into operational IT solutions
  • Ensure the continuous delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations, including maintenance and refactoring
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technology roles
  • Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator roles
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more people
  • Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or major product capability to market
  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, with a thorough understanding of its strengths and constraints
  • Experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience, and Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver technical projects, ideally in telecommunications or similar industries
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address platform challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ability to remain composed and proactive under pressure, with a positive and resilient attitude
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level or above
Nice to have
  • Experience with additional Salesforce products or industry-specific solutions
  • Certification in Salesforce Architecture or related domains
  • Background in agile methodologies and project management tools
