We are searching for a talented and driven Salesforce Architect to join our innovative team and play a key role in delivering impactful, client-focused solutions.
This position will oversee Salesforce solution design, ensure robust system architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using UI and API
- Utilize CICD tools like Copado to streamline deployment processes and implement best practices
- Ensure test-driven development (TDD) principles are applied for producing reliable and maintainable code
- Define and enforce coding standards, ensuring thorough documentation for scalability and future upgrades
- Proactively identify and resolve production environment issues to maintain seamless operation
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to align expectations
- Foster team development by mentoring junior developers and promoting a collaborative work environment
- Drive Salesforce performance enhancement efforts through optimization techniques
- Advise on system architecture to ensure alignment with enterprise-level projects and business outcomes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on UI and API integration
- 1+ years of experience serving as a Software Architect, preferably in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of CICD tools like Copado, Jenkins, or similar platforms with capability to adapt to diverse environments
- Background in TDD, Agile methodologies, and paired programming with emphasis on iterative development
- Understanding of code quality principles, including conducting code reviews, refactoring, and enhancing performance
- Capability to adapt to and troubleshoot real-time production issues with minimal downtime
- Familiarity with SDLC processes including development, deployment, and ongoing support of Salesforce projects
Nice to have
- Expertise in utilizing Einstein 1 Platform to deliver predictive analytics and intelligent recommendations
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud to enable comprehensive Salesforce solutions
- Understanding of emerging Salesforce trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in solution design
