We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our organization.

In this position, you will set the technical direction for Salesforce projects and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver scalable and forward-thinking systems.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and communicate the technical roadmap for Salesforce solutions, leading teams in system integration and ensuring high data standards
  • Mentor developers and technical professionals in designing robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Engage with client managers and development teams to gather requirements and ensure IT strategies support business goals
  • Introduce new frameworks, technologies, and best practices to technology teams to enhance solution design
  • Evaluate new trends in technology architecture and recommend innovative approaches for ongoing improvement
  • Manage technology risks and work with stakeholders to make strategic decisions
  • Oversee day-to-day technical operations and turn design concepts into practical IT solutions
  • Drive the ongoing release of new features, system upgrades, and provide support through continuous optimization and refactoring
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in technology or related roles
  • Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, architect, or coordinator roles
  • At least 2 years leading teams of 20 or more professionals
  • Experience participating in at least 5 end-to-end project cycles or launching a product or major product feature
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience, and core Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Excellent communication skills for working with client managers, development teams, and other stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver complex technical solutions, preferably in telecommunications or similar sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve platform issues and translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Ability to stay focused and proactive under pressure, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with other Salesforce products or industry-specific platforms
  • Salesforce Architecture or related certifications
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
