Salesforce Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our organization.

In this position, you will shape the technical roadmap for Salesforce projects and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver robust and forward-thinking Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Create and communicate the technical direction for Salesforce initiatives, leading integration projects and maintaining high standards for data integrity
  • Mentor and advise developers and technical teams in designing scalable and dependable Salesforce solutions
  • Work with client managers and development teams to gather requirements and ensure IT strategies are in sync with business needs
  • Introduce and advocate for new frameworks, technologies, and best practices to enhance solution design
  • Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative approaches for ongoing improvement
  • Assess and manage technology risks, working with stakeholders to make strategic decisions
  • Oversee daily technical operations and turn design concepts into practical IT solutions
  • Manage the delivery of new features, system upgrades, and ongoing support through continuous optimization and refactoring
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in technology or related roles
  • Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, architect, or coordinator roles
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more people
  • Involvement in at least 5 complete project cycles or experience launching a product or major feature
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and constraints
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience, and core Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Excellent communication skills for working with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver complex technical solutions, preferably in telecommunications or similar industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address platform limitations and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ability to stay composed and proactive under pressure, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Background with other Salesforce products or industry-specific platforms
  • Salesforce Architecture or related certifications
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
