We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our Business Partnering Services team within EPAM's Global Finance department.
This pivotal role involves delivering accurate financial insights, supporting revenue analysis, and fostering collaboration across teams to drive business growth and ensure financial precision.
Responsibilities
- Calculate revenue based on timesheets, contracts, and internal policies
- Prepare accounts for monthly and annual closure procedures, conducting detailed revenue analyses on period-based trends and volatility causes
- Provide short-term and long-term revenue forecasts in alignment with company guidelines
- Review and analyze the financial aspects of contracts while assisting in drafting and budgeting processes
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of data within EPAM internal systems
- Create reports tailored to internal and customer requirements
- Conduct financial health checks for specific accounts to ensure overall account stability
- Enhance processes on accounts by offering informed consulting to project teams on revenue recognition, invoicing, and time tracking
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure timely completion and adherence to audit requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in finance, economics, banking, accounting, or audit
- Higher economic education degree highlighting a strong understanding of financial principles
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, and proficiency with mathematical and logical formulas
- Background in MS Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint
- B2+ proficiency in English, both written and verbal
